These Terms of Use apply to the ShilohIntel Revenue Autopilot informational site, assessment experience, Revenue Audit offering, and related services operated by ShilohIQ LLC.
Intended audience
ShilohIntel is intended for general business and professional use and is not directed to children under 13. If you use the service on behalf of a business or other organization, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorized to provide the information you submit and to act for that organization as applicable.
Purpose of the assessment
The Revenue Leak Assessment provides directional operational guidance based on the information supplied through the assessment. It is designed to identify areas that may merit structured review across lead response, follow-up, conversion visibility, payment recovery, and retention.
The assessment does not prove that money was lost, does not calculate a monetary opportunity by default, and does not guarantee that any recommendation will produce a particular business outcome.
Revenue Audit purchase
The ShilohIntel Revenue Audit & Action Plan is available at $495 as a one-time purchase after the free Revenue Leak Assessment. The audit includes a prioritized gap map, deeper operational review, prioritized recommended fixes, and a practical action plan. Hands-on implementation, custom integrations, and major workflow builds are not included unless separately scoped and priced.
Revenue Audit checkout is available only through the assessment-bound ShilohIntel checkout flow and is completed through Stripe-hosted checkout. A successful payment returns the customer to the dedicated Revenue Audit onboarding flow. Purchasing the audit does not enroll the customer in the separate Revenue Optimization subscription.
Refunds for the Revenue Audit
A customer may request a full refund of the $495 Revenue Audit before paid-audit processing begins. For this policy, processing begins when completed onboarding has been accepted and the audit is queued for generation.
After processing begins, refunds are limited to duplicate or erroneous charges, failure by ShilohIntel to deliver the purchased service, or circumstances where a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Revenue Optimization subscription
ShilohIntel Revenue Optimization is an optional post-audit service approved at $299 per month. It requires a separate explicit purchase and is never automatically included with the Revenue Audit. Customers may cancel at any time; a cancellation received before the next billing cycle stops the next renewal. The subscription is not being launched until its separate checkout and post-audit operating workflow are activated.
No professional advice
ShilohIntel content, assessment results, Revenue Audits, and operational recommendations are informational and operational in nature. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to act on any result and for obtaining appropriate professional advice when needed.
Your responsibilities
- Provide information you are authorized to provide.
- Do not submit confidential, regulated, sensitive, malicious, or unlawful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, session controls, access controls, or other security measures.
- Do not use the service to interfere with or probe systems beyond the functionality intentionally made available to you.
Service availability
The Revenue Leak Assessment, requested-result workflow, and one-time Revenue Audit fulfillment workflow are production services, but ShilohIntel may limit, change, suspend, or withdraw features as the service evolves or as operational, security, legal, or maintenance needs require. Separately controlled features, including the Revenue Optimization subscription, may remain unavailable even when the assessment and Revenue Audit are available.
Assessment and report integrity
Assessment scoring is based on deterministic application logic. Where AI-supported explanation is enabled, it is bounded to explaining approved findings and cannot change scores, invent benchmarks, promise outcomes, or decide delivery. The paid Revenue Audit uses the approved assessment findings and bounded onboarding context to produce its action plan.
Intellectual property
ShilohIntel, Revenue Autopilot, the site design, assessment content, reports, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ShilohIQ LLC except where third-party rights are identified. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials.
Disclaimers and limitation
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. Business conditions vary, and assessment and audit results depend on the information supplied. ShilohIQ LLC does not promise a particular revenue, savings, conversion, retention, or operational outcome.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as ShilohIntel evolves and broader capabilities become available. The effective date above should be changed when material revisions are published.
